Rice workshop presented by James Whetung of Black Duck Wild Rice.

James, of Curve Lake First Nation, will be sharing his experience working with Manoomin

from canoe to airboat; a personal, historical overview of Mnoominke, with a post-modern

twist. James will discuss the development of technology to enhance community-scale

production of high-quality, nutritious, traditional food.
