Join us at the beautiful Casino Rama Resort, located in Rama, Ontario — just outside of Orillia. This full-service resort and conference venue offers comfortable accommodations, on-site dining, and entertainment options to enhance your conference experience.

Alternative accommodations:

For a more rustic experience, tenting, cabins, and camping are available at Black River Wilderness Park, located on Rama First Nation.

Whether you’re driving or arriving by shuttle, the location offers convenient access for delegates across Ontario.

Frequently Asked Questions

Once you purchase your conference ticket on Eventbrite, you’ll receive a confirmation email that includes a special hotel discount code. Just call the hotel’s reservation line or book through their website and provide the code to receive the FNAFO discounted room rate.

Absolutely! Vendor spaces are available for both FNAFO clients and external organizations:

  • FNAFO Clients: Please email us at info@firstnationsag.ca to inquire about reserving a table or room.
  • Non-client vendors / Tradeshow Booths: Tickets and spaces can be purchased directly through Eventbrite.

Vendors who register are welcome to attend all daytime events, workshops, and meals as part of their registration.

Note: The Gala Dinner is not included in vendor registration and must be purchased separately.
