This workshop will be covering topics of poultry processing including sanitation, equipment requirements and setup, humane handling, bird dispatch, scalding, plucking, evisceration, organ meat inspection and chilling of broiler birds. This workshop will be a video feed with lots of time for questions. Our guest speaker will be Max Burt of Burt Farms.
